Julie Peters

Julie is a fourth-generation real estate agent, calling the business her profession for over 30 years (during that time, licensed in California, Oregon and Hawaii (1992)). Her ancestors trace back to the buying and selling of Manhattan Island, long before any Realtor organization existed. She began her love affair with the industry in the mid-80’s, while working for both her father’s Beverly Hills real estate firm and her mother’s Big Island real estate group. Today, Julie sees the big picture and orchestrates the details of her own company, handling her client’s sales & property management, and mentoring the agents that work with her. Julie’s years of experience, breadth of knowledge, passion and dedication to all facets of the profession, and her personal mission to make a positive impact in all her encounters, shows in every aspect of her career.
Julie’s personal highlights include adventures with friends, enjoying her island home, traveling the world and visiting her three grown sons on the West Coast whenever she can. As a side hobby, she is also a certified health and life coach.

Chelsea is a life-long local, island girl – born, raised (and continues to live) on the exquisite Hamakua Coast of the Big Island of Hawai’i. Following eight years of exceptional customer service at the Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai, Chelsea obtained her real estate license and joined Island Boutique Realty in early 2018. She brings her enthusiasm, yearn to learn, drive to serve others and pleasing positivity to the team. She assists her clients in a competent and dedicated way, with their utmost best interests as her sole focus.
Beyond her business, you can find this busy mom and wife at the beach, out and about enjoying the beautiful island with her family, or on the field supporting her children in their love of sports.
Alyssa K. Gabriel

Alyssa is an island native, born and raised here on the Big Island where she and her family call Waimea home. She has spent over ten years in the construction and accounting professions, serving the West Hawaii community in those capacities. Alyssa decided to move into the real estate world to follow her fascination with the housing industry and her calling to work with others to fulfill their goals of homeownership, selling and/or investing. Her calming, competent and pleasant demeanor are an added bonus when working with Alyssa.
During her free time, you can find her being a busy sports mom to her three sons and traveling whenever she gets the chance. She is well-known for her work with flowers, making traditional Hawaiian lei and arrangements.
